Shipping Policy

Turnaround

Please allow 7 to 14 business days before your order is shipped. We will notify you via email when your order has shipped. 

Carriers

We use the following carriers to deliver our orders:

• UPS
• FedEx
• DHL

Order Tracking

If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders using 1st Class USPS mail will not have tracking numbers.

Back Orders

If an item goes on back order we will ship you the product as soon as it becomes available. 

Returns, Refunds and Exchanges. 

Any exchanges or returns are to be dealt directly with the manufacturing company. Hawaii Made Products LLC is not responsible for any exchanges or returns. 

No Refunds: All Sales Are Final.
